くるり 「THE WORLD IS MINE」

iTunesのあ行から聴き始めて本アルバム収録の「アマデウス」で箸が止まったと言うか。そんなセオリーあるはずもないのに。けれども本アルバム、くるり史上やけに癖っけある02年の会心作なのだと改めて。詩的な歌世界とロックバンドの殻打ち破る音作り、あの頃から郊外の空気感は変わってへんのよ。西に向かって想いを馳せて、歌とその時代、タイミングの名利がベストミックスだったりするくるりの1枚。
