Kings of Convenience 「Declaration of Dependence」

夏が始まる前からちょっぴり切ない。ノルウェーのアコースティックDUO、キングス・オブ・コンビニエンスのしっとり心臓掴まれる2009年3作目。北欧IKEAの様な、親しみやすさの中にデザイン施されたアコースティックギターサウンドと、アーランド・オイエによる滲み渡る歌声。うっかりステレオから大きめの音で聴いたらば、その丁寧な低音域の音作りにウルっとキテしまったんです。素晴らしい。北欧の人々の感じる夏や太陽の輝きって、きっと我々が考えるよりもっとスペシャルなんだろう。ヨットの帆を張って、連れてってくださいな眩しい夏。
